Ingredients

  2. 1 cancorn
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 10 eachcherry tomatoes quartered
  5. 1/4 cupred onion diced
  6. 1 tspkosher salt
  7. 1 tsppepper
  8. 1 tspchili or cayenne pepper
  9. 1/2juice of half a lemon
  10. 1/4 cupcilantro chopped

    extras: jalapenos or bell peppers would be an excellent addition to this amazing low calorie side dish.

    Mix ingredients and enjoy... Easy, healthy (63 calories per serving) and delicious!

Great recipie. I find this one very easy to make. I made for my co-workers and they loved it. Only thing I do differently or add is a small shot of Jose Cuervo.
