Ingredients

  1. 1 boxcornbread dressing
  2. 1 boxturkey or chicken flavored dressing
  3. 32 ozcarton of broth (you will not need it all)
  4. 3stalks celery (minced)
  5. 1 smallonion (minced)
  6. 2 largeeggs
  7. 1 tspsalt (reviewer said it was salty) so i reduced salt)
  8. 3/4 cancream of chicken soup
  9. 1 tsppepper
  10. 1 tbspsage (optional.... KY-GINGER gave me this tip)

Cooking Instructions

    mince onions and celery in food processor. set aside.

  2. 2

    empty dressing from both boxes in a bowl. add one package of the dressing seasoning. add optional sage at this point.

    add hot broth. add enough to make it look to wet. .... almost soupy

  4. 4

    add onion and celery. add salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    add the 3/4 can of soup. mix well. taste mixture BEFORE ADDING THE EGG. adjust salt and pepper at this point.

    scramble eggs in a bowl and add to dressing. mix egg in well

  7. 7

    pour into sprayed baking dish or aluminum pan.

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350° ......cook covered with aluminum foil loosely laid across pan (aluminum tent). let cook for 30 minutes. uncover and let cook for 15 more minutes.

When you saying 1 box of dressing do you mean 1 box of stove top suffing I just wanna be sure so I can know what to buy Thanks
