Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuprice flour
  2. 3 tablespoonwheat flour
  3. 3 tablespoonbesan
  4. 3 tablespoonchopped blanched spinach
  5. 3 tablespoonblanched spinach puree
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tablespoonchilly, ginger & garlic paste
  8. 2 tablespoonsesame seeds
  9. 3-4 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Ek mixing bowl me all types of flour, salt,chilli, garlic& ginger paste, chopped spinach, spinach puree, 1 tablespoon oil, mix karke, dough ready karein, if required add 1-2 teaspoon water

    Dough ko10 min.rest deke, fir small ball banaye fir plastic ke uper oil, laga ke,ball ko hath se press karke, round shape banake, uper se sesme seeds sprinkle karein or, center mein finger se hole karein pan me oil spread karein or Thalipeeth ko cover karke dono sides light brown sek le fir ketchup ke sath serve karein.
