After 4 whistle take puree and blend in mixi and strain in a sieve..

Now transfer in a kadhai. Cook in kadhai with garam masala, add fresh creme ya malai... cook till required consistency..

Can also 1 tbs cornflour with water ya milk if needed.... Pour this gravy over malai kofte and garnish with green coriander.
