Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice precooked
  2. 2 cupsSpinach/Bathua/Methi leaves (blanched & pureed)
  3. 1Onion medium chopped
  4. 1/2 cupCapsicum chopped (red green yellow)
  5. 1 tspGinger/garlic/ chilli paste
  6. 1/2 cupTomato puree
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspHaldi
  9. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tspPepper powder
  11. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  12. 1 tspOlive oil
  13. 1 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    In a non stick pan heat oil put ginger garlic chilli paste.
    Saute for a min.

    Add chopped onions. Cook for 2 min till tender. Add capsicums and saute it.

    Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.

  4. 4

    Add green puree and all dry masalas and olive oil.

  5. 5

    Mix well. Add precooked rice. Mix well gently. Give it a stir for 2 mins in high flame.

    Garnish with colourful capsicums. Serve hot with raita, salad and papad.
