Ingredients: 6 each Corn Tortillas; 1/2 cup Oil; 1 1/2 cup Refried Beans; 1 1/2 cup Cooked & Shredded Chicken; 2/3 cup Your favorite barbecue sauce; 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese; 1 cup Shredded Lettuce; 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes; 1/3 cup Diced Scallions; 2/3 cup Sour cream; 1 Salsa or Hot Sauce (optional)

6 eachCorn Tortillas
1/2 cupOil
1 1/2 cupRefried Beans
1 1/2 cupCooked & Shredded Chicken
2/3 cupYour favorite barbecue sauce
1 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cupShredded Lettuce
1/2 cupDiced Tomatoes
1/3 cupDiced Scallions
2/3 cupSour cream
1Salsa or Hot Sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Heat beans. Mix chicken with barbecue sauce.

Fry tortillas in oil until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

Build tostado in order: Spread 1/4 cup beans over tortilla, place 1/4 cup chicken over beans, sprinkle cheese, lettuce, tomato over chicken. Top with sour cream & a sprinkle of scallions.
