Ingredients

  1. 3lg.sweet potatoes
  2. 2 tbspcorn starch
  3. 1kosher salt & pepper
  4. 1cumin, cyanne pepper
  5. 2 tbspEVOO

Cooking Instructions

    pre heat oven to 425º

    peel and cut sweet potatoes into strips. Lightly dust with corn starch by shaking them in a bag. Place on a ccokie sheet.

    Drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with spices. about a teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. eyeball the other. I prefer the cumin and cyanne, but you choose whichever you like.

    separate on cookie sheet. No touching....otherwise they'll steam.

    bake 15min. , turn them and go for another 10min or so.
