Ingredients

  1. 1 boxTri color pasta
  2. 1 packagesFrozen winter mix veggies (broccoli carrots cauliflower)
  3. 1 blockof monteray jack cheese, cubed
  4. 1 packagesSliced pepperoni
  5. 1 canSliced black olives
  6. 1 jarof peppercini peper drained n sliced
  7. 1Bottle italian salad dressing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil pasta on stove al dente....do not over cook

  2. 2

    In glass bowl microwave veggies until not frozen, but not hot about 3 min

  3. 3

    Meanwhile cut pepperoni slice in quarters, slice peppercini, and cube cheese

  4. 4

    Drain pasta, run under cold water until cool, drain again

  5. 5

    Put pasta into large glass bowl, add half bottle of italian dressing immediately

  6. 6

    Drain any excess water from veggies n add to pasta

  7. 7

    Add all remaining ingredients.except for cheese n remaining dressing

  8. 8

    Add cheese n the rest of dressing just be for serving

  9. 9

    *** No right our wrong way to do this, I have also added , roasted red peppers , green olives, cubed ham, tomatoes, cheddar cheese , whatever combination of veggies cheese u like best***
