Simple and quick pasta salad recipe packed with fresh veggies for the whole family. Inspired by purchases made at Aldi.

Bring a pot of water with salt and a dash of olive oil to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente (approx 7 minutes). Drain and rinse with cool water.

Meanwhile, dice the onion, salami, cucumbers, and deseed and dice the peppers.

Halve your cherry tomatoes and black olives.

Put your pasta, veggies, salami, feta, and dressing in a large bowl. Mix well.

You can serve immediately, but I suggest letting it chill, covered, in the fridge for a couple hours. The noodles will absorb the dressing and it tastes even better. Goes great with garlic knots.
