Ingredients

2boxes of tri color pasta
1bottle of olive garden Italian dressing (or any really good brand)
1bag mild shredded cheddar cheese (any brand)
1small bag of pepperoni
2small cucumbers (cut into bite size)
1tomato diced

Steps

Fully cook pasta, drain and set aside.

Cut cucumbers into small bite size pieces and put into a medium size glass or plastic bowl and set aside.

Once pasta has cooled mix pasta and cucumbers together.

Dice one tomato add it, dressing, cheese, and pepperoni.

Serves 4 to 6 .
