Ingredients

Serves 5 to 6 servings
  1. 150 grotini (tri-color recommended)
  2. 1small cucumber (about 70g)
  3. 2small tomatoes (about 250g)
  4. 1/2each red and yellow bell pepper (about 120-140g)
  5. 1small head broccoli (about 80g)
  6. 3 slicesham
  7. 1 canwhole mushrooms (127g)
  8. 1/2small onion (about 50g, optional)
  9. Parsley to taste (optional)
  10. Olives to taste (optional)
  11. Italian dressing to taste
  12. 2-3 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
  13. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the rotini according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain well.

    Julienne the cucumber. Dice the tomatoes and bell peppers into 1 cm cubes. Separate the broccoli into small florets. Slice the ham thinly. Leave the mushrooms whole.

    If you like onions, slice them thinly, rub with salt, rinse, and squeeze out the water. Alternatively, chop them coarsely. Chop the parsley. Pit and slice the olives.

    Combine steps 1, 2, and 3 (except tomatoes) in a bowl. Add Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese, and mix lightly. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
