Ingredients

3 persons
  1. 1/2 kggrated lokky
  2. 150 gmsugar
  3. 2 tbspmalai
  4. 100 gmkhoya
  5. 1/2 tspcardamon powder
  6. 1 tbspdesi ghee
  7. 3 tbspchopped dry fruit like badam giri,

Cooking Instructions

    First grate lokky but don't use middle part. little squeeze it

  2. 2

    Now in pan heat ghee and saute grated lokky for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Now add sugar and cook for 5-6 min so all water evaporate

  4. 4

    Then add khoya and cook for 10 min Add 2 tbsp dry fruits

  5. 5

    Cook for 2 min more

  6. 6

    Now take a plate and grease it with ghee and spread mixture and sprinkle remain dry fruits and cool down for 2 hour cut in squares and enjoy
