  1. 2 eachchicken bullion cubes
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 1 dashsalt
  4. 2 dashpepper
  5. 2 dashseason all
  6. 2 dashgarlic powder

    set oven temp at : 400

    in a measuring cup, add 2 cups of water, and the 2 bullion cubes.

    set the measuring cup in microwave, heat until cubes have disolved

  4. 4

    combine all dry ingredients together and rub on to chicken

  5. 5

    place chicken in baking dish, breast down

  6. 6

    pour one cup of the bullion cube water, enough to cover bottom.

  7. 7

    place in oven 1 hour, check chicken

  8. 8

    flip chicken over for 20 minutes for skin to crisp

  9. 9

    take out of oven and serve
