  1. 1chicken breast
  2. 1onion
  3. 1/2red bell pepper
  4. 1/2green bell pepper
  5. 1tomato
  6. Thyme
  7. Olive oil
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
  10. 1 tablespoonolive oil

Steps

    Wash, peel, and dice your vegetables.

  2. 2

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. 3

    Place your chicken breast in an oven-safe dish. Season with salt and pepper, and add the marinade mixture.

  4. 4

    Add the vegetables around the chicken along with the thyme.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil and pour in a glass of water.

  6. 6

    Bake for 40 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through.
