Ingredients

8 hours
5 servings
  1. 1onion, diced
  2. 2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  3. 2carrots, thinly sliced
  4. 1courgette/zucchini, diced
  5. 1red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
  6. 260 gramssweet corn
  7. 800 gramscanned kidney beans, drained
  8. 800 gramscanned chopped tomatoes
  9. 120 mlwater
  10. 1 1/2 tbspchilli powder
  11. 1 tspcumin
  12. 1/2 tspred pepper flakes
  13. 1 dashcayenne pepper
  14. 1 dashtobasco (optional)

Cooking Instructions

8 hours
  1. 1

    Preheat oven on it's lowest setting, gas 1 / 95C / 200°F OR ready a crockpot on the stove or a slow cooker, whatever you prefer

    Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish with a lid or the crockpot / slowcooker

  3. 3

    Cook for 6 - 8 hours
