Ingredients

6 servings

chicken and carrots
6 largeboneless and skinless chicken thighs
1 largeonion sliced
1 1/2 lbcarrots
2 tbspHungarian, paprika
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
1/4 tspground black pepper
honey lemon mixture
1/4 cuphoney
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/4 cupwater
1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
topping
1/4 tspwhole leaf oregano
1/2 tbspcilantro
1/2 tbspchopped parsley

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

Set all the chicken and carrots ingredients into a deep pan

Mix the honey, lemon juice, water and olive oil. Pour on top. Add oregano, cilantro, and parsley.

Bake in oven 45 minutes covered, then uncover and roast in oven for 30 minutes more.

Let sit 5 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
