wash an cut potatoes into cubes place in a bowl

separate bowl add the dry ingredients paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper

in a measuring cup put the olive oil 1/3cup an to that add the 6 tablespoons of hot sauce and mix together

pour wet mixture into the dry mixture until blended together

pour the cubed potatoes into sauce mixture an evenly coat potatoes

in your sprayed 13x9 dish spoon out the potatoes into the dish, try to keep as much of the sauce mixture in the bowl as possible

now put the potatoes into the over at 500°F stirring potatoes every 10-15 minutes they take about 40minutes to cook

while potatoes are cooking cut the chicken into cubes an place chicken into the bowl with the sauce mixture toss chicken to evenly coat with the sauce also chop up onion an mix together

in a bowl mix 2 cups of shredded cheese, bacon bits an green onion together

once potatoes are fork tender its time to add the chicken mixture on top of the potatoes on top of the chicken sprinkle on the cheese mixture an place back into the oven for another 15-20 minutes

to serve just spoon out an serve with blue cheese, ranch dressing or additional hot sauce

My awesome uncle from Philly posted this on Facebook and when I first read it, it seemed completely but when I started to make it was a lot easier than I thought. And amazingly good, and I really don't like the buffalo flavor. I did change one thing from the original version, it called for a full tablespoon of black pepper and as you can see I did change that and I believe it gave a better flavor. You can really taste the food with the spice. theblackrosegal -

This was something I had wanted to try for some time. After looking at a few recipes I found that they all had a few food ideas I liked and I had a few I wanted to introduce. I thought what do I want out of this dish. I wanted it to have a slight smokey flavor like a good baked potato cooked on the grill would. I wanted the cheese to be creamy like it gets when the cheese mixes with the sour cream on a freshly cut baked potato. I wanted the chicken to complement it but not taste entirely the same. When I finally served this up the family all agreed this was a keeper. My wife is convinced this is the ultimate comfort food. Hope you enjoy. camire09 -
