Heat oven to 350 and grease 13x9 inch dish with cooking spray.

Grate potatoes, or defrost frozen hashbrowns. Pat with paper towel to get rid of some of the moisture.
- 3
Mix together chicken strips and buffalo sauce. Layer in bottom of baking dish.
- 4
Mix together potatoes, dressing, cheese and soup. Pour over chicken.
- 5
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
- 6
Uncover and bake an additional 20-25 minutes longer, until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked. The last ten minutes of cooking sprinkle the French onions over it and put back in oven for the remainder of ten minutes.

Buffalo chicken loaded baked potato casserole Buffalo chicken loaded baked potato casserole
My awesome uncle from Philly posted this on Facebook and when I first read it, it seemed completely but when I started to make it was a lot easier than I thought. And amazingly good, and I really don't like the buffalo flavor. I did change one thing from the original version, it called for a full tablespoon of black pepper and as you can see I did change that and I believe it gave a better flavor. You can really taste the food with the spice. theblackrosegal -

Buffalo Chicken Dip Buffalo Chicken Dip
I had this dip for the first time at my friend Lacie's 40th Birthday Party. A mutual friend Lori made it to share. When she told me the ingredients I was shocked at the amount of Franks Red Hot. But I'm here to tell you don't let the amount discourage you from trying this recipe. It's amazing! Stacey Chinn-VanAntwerp
