Healthy Dark Chocolate Dipped Banana PB Bites!

Ingredients

  1. 1Banana
  2. 3 tbspPeanut Butter
  3. 1 1/2 cupMealted Dark Chocolate
  4. 2 tspMelated White Chocolate (Optional drizzle)

Cooking Instructions

    Melt Dark Chocolate

  2. 2

    Line a tray or plate with wax/parchment paper

  3. 3

    Cut bananas into about 2cm thick slices

  4. 4

    Make mini sandwiches by spreading pb b/w banana pieces

  5. 5

    Place these in the fridge to cool a bit to make them easier to dip

  6. 6

    Dip into chocolate carefully. Using a toothpick may help here

  7. 7

    Place on parchment paper and drizzle melted white chocolate on top

  8. 8

    Place in fridge for an hour or until chocolate hardens and enjoy!
