  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2avocado
  4. 1small onion (optional add on)
  5. 3 tbspshimeji mushroom or any mushroom (optional add on)
  6. 1 dashsalt
  7. 1 dashblack pepper
  8. garnish
  9. 5 slicethinly parmesan cheese

    With melt butter quick saute onion and mushroom

    Lightly beaten eggs with a dash of salt then once its egg white almost set add dash of pepper

    Add dice avocado then gently fold over and serve, TOP with some shaved parmesan cheese
