  2. 1 largeegg white
  3. 1 tbspwater
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  7. 1/3 tspsalt

    preheat oven to 225° and line cookie sheet with parchment paper

  2. 2

    whisk egg white with water until frothy. Mix in pecans until all are coated with egg white.

  3. 3

    mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and add to pecans. pour pecans on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour, flipping pecans every 15 minutes
