I got 16 pounds of deer sausage this year so at our Christmas Party we had Reindeer Balls instead of traditional Sausage Balls.

I got 16 pounds of deer sausage this year so at our Christmas Party we had Reindeer Balls instead of traditional Sausage Balls.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbbulk pork sausage or venison sausage
  2. 2 cupbisquick
  3. 2 cupsharp cheddard
  4. 1 cupparmesan cheese
  5. 1/2 tbspfresh rosemary chopped
  6. 1 1/2 tspRed pepper flakes
  7. 1/3 cupwater
  8. 1 pinchSalt
  9. 1 pinchpepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F

    Put all ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

    With your hands knead the ingredients together until the ingredients are mixed together and all bisquick and cheese is mixed and bined

  4. 4

    roll into balls the size of of a walnut and place on cookie sheet

  5. 5

    Cook 15 - 20 minutes.
