My Grandma grew up poor and had a very no fuss approach to cooking- no fancy ingredients, just a few basics with her special little touches. This was her "famous" recipe that everyone begged her to make for just about every occasion. It may seem alot simpler than most mac n cheese recipes you come across, but its delicious! Feel free to throw in whatever cheese you have hangin around, thats what my gram always did!
