Ingredients

  1. 1 largeripe banana
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 2 tbspcornstarch
  4. 1/2 cupseasoned panko breadcrumbs
  5. 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your banana then mash it up.

    Add cornstarch mix well I used a fork it will get real creamy

  3. 3

    Add breadcrumbs mix throughly

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan I used a cast iron skillet

  5. 5

    Form into small cakes about three fry watch carefully they will burn if not turn the cake often total of about 7-8 minutes

    When done let sit for 2 minutes to cool hope you enjoy

another good flavor would be frying in coconut oil.
