Ingredients

  1. 9 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 3/4 teaspooncinnamon
  3. 3 tea spoonsalt
  4. 3 teaspoonsugar
  5. 6 tablespooncooking oil
  6. 4 cupsblended pumpkin
  7. 3 tablespoonunsalted butter
  8. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  9. 4 1/2 cupswarm milk or water

    Measure and sieve flour

    Add butter and rub against the flour to form crumbs like

  3. 3

    Add the pureed pumpkin and mix

  4. 4

    On a separate bowl add sugar, salt, blackpepper, cinnamon, oil and warm milk or water and stir.

    Now add the mix to the flour and knead

  6. 6

    Knead well for about 10 minutes till the dough doesn't stick on your hands

  7. 7

    Cover the dough with cling and let it rest for 1-4 hours. I left mine for 4 hours for a better taste.

    Next divide the dough into desirable sizes, spread it, apply oil, fold it back again.
