Ingredients

  1. 1 boxCorkscrew Pasta
  2. 1/4 cupVirgin Olive Oil
  3. 1large Tomato
  4. 1 stalkCelery
  5. 1small Red Onion
  6. 1large Cucumber
  7. 1 cupShredded Carrots
  8. 2 cupSliced Green Olives
  9. 3 stalkgreen onions
  10. 1 1/2 cupBell peppers, finely chopped (red, yellow, orange)
  11. 2Fresh Cilantro
  12. 4 dashSalt
  13. 6 dashSalad Seasoning
  14. 3 dashDried Rosemary
  15. 6 dashItalian Seasoning
  16. 1small Lemon
  17. 3 cupItalian Salad Dressing
  18. Optional Ingredients For Pasta Salad
  19. 2 cupHard Salami, pre-cut. Cut circles in half
  20. 2 cupbanana peppers or pepperoncinis
  21. 1 cuppickled artichokes, chopped
  22. 2 cupmozzarella cheese, cubed
  23. 1 cupbroccoli, cooked

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta with olive oil for approx 10 - 15 mins

  2. 2

    Finely slice all vegetables and put in large bowl

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 of all spices to vegetables.

  4. 4

    Add 1 Cup of Italian dressing to vegetables. Mix /Toss ingredients.

    Drain pasta. Add to vegetables. Add rest of seasoning and 1 - 2 Cups of Italian dressing (to taste). Squeeze some lemon juice on top. Mix /Toss til coated well with Italian dressing and seasonings. Refrigerate for about an hour.
