Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 boxTri Colored Rotini
  • 1small Onion
  • 1small Green Pepper
  • 1small Yellow Pepper
  • 1 canBlack Olives
  • 1/2 poundHard Salami
  • 1/2 poundPepperoni
  • 1 pintGrape Tomatoes
  • 1Cucumber
  • 1/2 bottleItalian House Dressing
  • 1/2brick ea. Pepper Jack Cheese & Colby or Mild Cheddar Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cube peppers, onion, cucumber, meat and cheese.

  2. 2

    Boil pasta according to package directions.

  3. 3

    Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Put into a large bowl.

  4. 4

    Layer with all vegetables, meat and olives.

  5. 5

    Add dressing, stir to combine and chill before serving.

  6. 6

    Top with cubed cheeses just before serving.
