Ingredients

  1. 1/2container of sour cream
  2. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  3. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 packagesfrozen diced hashbrowns, thawed
  5. 1 smalldiced onion
  6. 1/4diced red pepper
  7. 1 lbground italian sausage
  8. 3-4 eggs, beaten
  9. 3chopped strip bacon
  10. 1 tspseason salt
  11. 1 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a skillet, cook bacon & set aside. In same skillet cook onions & pepper in the bacon grease & also set aside.

    Next cook sausage & set aside.

    Preheat oven @ 400 °. In a 13x9in pan, mix all ingredients together, except for eggs & 1/2 of cheese. Next pour eggs over & top with rest of cheese.

    Cover with foil & bake for 30 - 40 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes then serve.
