Hashbrown casserole

Ingredients

  1. 35eggs
  2. Bagfrozen hash-browns
  3. Meat of choice-ham sausage or bacon
  4. 1 CColby jack cheese (or substitute 1/2c mozzarella & 1/2C cheddar)
  5. Olive oil
  6. Garlic
  7. Seasoned pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Scramble the eggs in a little olive oil and garlic. Layer on the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned pepper and allow to cool.

    Cook your meat then layer on top of the eggs. I used diced ham.

  3. 3

    Once cooked sprinkle cheese on top. I used mozzarella and cheddar.

    Fry your hash browns in olive oil. And place on top of egg mixture.

  5. 5

    Bake at 400 till warm all the way thru. Add additional cheese on top if you wish.
