Ingredients

  • 50 gramsButter
  • 1 mediumchopped onion
  • 300 mlWhole Milk
  • 3 tbspPlain Flour
  • 100 gramsCheese - Grated
  • 1 canTuna in springwater
  • 1 canCorn kernels
  • 1 1/4 cupBreadcrumbs
  • 1 mediumLemon -Juiced
  • 1 mediumTomato -Sliced

Steps

    Preheat oven to 180c

  2. 2

    Heat butter in saucepan

  3. 3

    Add Onion and Cook until soft

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and stir in flour

  5. 5

    Add milk and bring to boil stirring continuously

  6. 6

    Add half of the cheese and the can of tuna, including Springwater, stir until smooth

  7. 7

    Pour into a greased oven proof dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs and remaining cheese on top, cover with tomato slices

  8. 8

    Place in oven on 180°C for 20 min or until lightly browned
