I wanted to make a casserole from this app but ended up not having all the ingredients so I threw my own thing together. Surprisingly it turned out amazing and the while family loved it, including my picky 6yr old & husband!! Hope you enjoy :-D

I cook this for my family quite often they love it every time I make it

I used to make the same, boring tator tot hotdish that my mom made, loaded with mixed veggies. My kids were never too excited to eat it. One day at work, we were discussing each other's versions of this hotdish and someone mentioned they added cheese on top. I thought I could do better than that and set out to come up with a recipe that my kids not only enjoyed, but one they would ask for. This is what I created! I hope you enjoy this as much as my family does!

I'm basically putting this on file so I can remember what I used lol. I threw together this casserole with ingredients I had on hand and quoting my husband it was dope.

It doesn't get any easier than this recipe!
