I have three sons (9,7,and 2) and a daughter (1).I try to have dinner ready to eat by the time my husband comes home, but that doesn't always work. So my sister-in-law sent me this recipe because it's very easy and quick to make. We love it and I change the salsa and add diced onions and/or diced bell peppers at times. I always double the recipe and make two pans. Hope you enjoy! ! 😄

Ingredients

45 mins
  1. 1bag nacho cheese doritos
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1 smallcan cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 smallcan cream of chicken soup
  5. 1 mediumjar of salsa ( I used white corn with black bean salsa)
  6. 1/2shredded cheese (I used Mexican style cheese)
  7. 1sour cream (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 350°

  2. 2

    Season and cook ground beef

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix salsa, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup with spoon. Mix well.

    Drain ground beef and add to salsa mixture. Again, mix well.

  5. 5

    In a 9x13 baking dish, pour 1/3 of the bag of doritos in dish.

  6. 6

    Poor ground beef salsa mixture on the doritos.

  7. 7

    Spread 1/2 bag of shredded cheese over the mixture.

  8. 8

    Pour remaining doritos over shredded cheese.

  9. 9

    Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes.

    Can eat it as is or with sour cream
