2 cupwhite rice
2 tbsptaco seasoning
1 largegreen pepper chooped
1 largered pepper chopped
1 largeonion finely chopped
1salt
1black pepper
1 clovegarlic finely chopped
2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
3 cupbottled salsa

In frying pan add olive oil green and red pepper onion garlic cook till tender

In large bowl place taco seasoning salsa and pepper onion combo mix well

Boil rice when rice is tender drain and add to mixture mix well and your done salt and black pepper to taste and enjoy!
