I wasn't sure if my family would like this, they did so here it is.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x12 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

Sauté onion, garlic, and pepper with a little olive oil. Add cooked shredded chicken. Set aside.

In large bowl stir together 1 cup cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, tomato’s, and dry ranch seasoning. Add chicken sautéed onions, garlic, and peppers to the bowl stir all together.

Spread 1/2 the crushed Doritos to baking dish. Top with chicken mixture.

Bake uncovered 25 - 30 minutes until heated through.

Add remaining crushed Doritos and remaining cheese to top. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

So my sister-in-law sent me this recipe because it's very easy and quick to make. We love it and I change the salsa and add diced onions and/or diced bell peppers at times.
