6 servings

16 ozpackage of angel hair pasta
3chicken breasts
2garlic cloves, minced
1 tbspolive oil
2 tbspbutter
1 tbsplemon juice
1 canartichoke hearts, drained and chopped ** not the marinated kind
3/4 cupchicken broth
1 tspcreole seasoning

Cooking Instructions

cook pasta per package directions
2

slice chicken and saute in a large pan in the butter and oil
3

add artichokes and garlic and continue cooking 3 minutes
4

stir in lemon juice, chicken broth, and creole seasoning. simmer 5 minutes. toss with pasta.
