Lu's artichoke chicken pasta

#CA2025 I came across 2 similar recipes and combined parts to make a use of pantry and fresh items.

tender, juicy chicken, full of luscious, garlicky, and tangy artichoke flavor, accentuated by juice of lemon. i am a cheese fanatic, but didn't even reach for it to garnish my plate tonight. not trying to brag.......just pleased with this first recipe contribution of my own. hope someone out there enjoys it as much as i did.

This little yummy dish I created one night using the meat leftover fom a whole beer can chicken (shocking, I know!) that I cooked on the grill a couple nights before. But meat from a rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breasts will work great too!

My son loves artichokes so I created this recipe for him. He ate the leftovers for lunch the next day!

A concoction my daughter and I made up to fulfill a craving of artichoke spinach dip for one of us and chicken for the other one of us.

Antipasto flavors combined and served mixed with pasta. A true Italian flavor experience!

My family loved my Garlic Shrimp pasta that I decided to try making it with chicken with slight changes and additions to my recipe. Note: If you enjoy a little heat, crushed red pepper flakes would be amazing to add in with the garlic while it’s sautéing to give the sauce a little kick. 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon (depending on your spice preference) would be perfect.

My wife made this today, it was very tasty and surprisingly quick and easy to throw together with both of us working together.

This is one of my go-to dishes since the quantities and ingredients are so easy to remember and it always tastes light and fresh.
