  • lbchicken breast, thin sliced
  • largeonion, thin sliced
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 canartichokes, drained chopped
  • 4mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 5 cupchicken broth
  • fetuccini
  • pinchpepper cracked
  • tsporegano
  • tspthyme
  • 1/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  • 10 ozspinach frozen

  1. 1

    Add oil to pan. Add chicken. While thats cooking cut onion. Add onion.

    Add mushrooms and artichokes.

    Add chicken broth and fettuccine. Bring to a boil and add thyme, oregano, and ground pepper. Place lid on top and simmer for 15 minutes. STIR OFTEN TO KEEP NOODLES FROM STICKING .

    Add parmesan cheese. Stir. Add frozen spinach to the pot. Stir in to cook. Serve hot.
