Oregano Greek Lemon Potatoes Oregano Greek Lemon Potatoes
This is like the lemon potatoes I often eat at the Greek restaurant. It's a quick and easy variation on an authentic recipe. I often make it to have as a beer snack.Be sure to flip them over while baking so that the marinade coats all the sides. Be especially careful to completely coat the potatoes before grilling. This will increase the umami. Recipe by LazyHata cookpad.japan -

Party Potatoes Party Potatoes
This is my variation of a classic hashbrown casserole (also known as funeral potatoes, but that name is a bit too morbid for the holiday table). I use a homemade condensed cream of chicken soup rather than canned for this recipe. The cornflake topping is optional, but I like the crunch that it adds to the overall texture. This can be assembled a day in advance...see step 7 for those instructions. Christina -

Special Potatoes Special Potatoes
My nephew dubbed these potatoes ‘special potatoes’ 30 years ago. Every time he came to my house, this is what he wanted with supper. I’m still making them. It came out of stewed potatoes. When I want something similar to the center of a baked potato, but don’t want to wait that long to bake it, I make these. Use a thin skinned potato that you don’t have to peel or peel your potatoes. It’s up to you! SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -
