Just a salad with great taste and a little tangy kick that I enjoy.
Cooking Instructions

Thinly sliced the cucumber, onion, and bell pepper. Combine in bowl.

Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the cucumber mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
I have been cooking since I was 8 years old. I find the kitchen brings family and friends together.

Cucumber Salad Cucumber Salad
The only thing i do differently on the recipe is i use one large seedless cucumber, around 12" and omit the tomatoes. Very tasty side dish, enjoy!
