  1. 3large English cucumbers
  2. 1medium Vidalia onion
  3. 1small Orange Bell pepper
  4. 1 tbspsea salt
  5. 1 tspcelery salt
  6. 1 tbspcelery seed
  7. 1 cupsugar
  8. 1 cupwhite vinegar

    Thinly sliced the cucumber, onion, and bell pepper. Combine in bowl.

  2. 2

    Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the cucumber mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
