  • 3large English cucumbers
  • 1medium Vidalia onion
  • 1small Orange Bell pepper
  • 1 tbspsea salt
  • 1 tspcelery salt
  • 1 tbspcelery seed
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwhite vinegar

    Thinly sliced the cucumber, onion, and bell pepper. Combine in bowl.

  2. 2

    Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the cucumber mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
