Ingredients

  1. 200 gramspotatoes
  2. 180 gramscanned tuna
  3. 50 gramsparmesan cheese, grated
  4. 25 gramsbread crumbs
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 tbspchopped chives
  7. 1 tbspchopped parsley
  8. 3 pinchsalt
  9. 1 pinchwhite pepper powder
  10. 1mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potatoes until tender (ca 30 minutes)

    Peel potatoes and mash them

  3. 3

    Add tuna and the egg, mix well

  4. 4

    Add grated parmesan

  5. 5

    Now add as much bread crumbs you need to make the mix solid enough

  6. 6

    Add seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley, chives) and mix

  7. 7

    Make it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes

  8. 8

    Shape the mix to fit the loaf pan, then roll it into the bread crumbles you have left

  9. 9

    Put into the loaf pan and spread some olive oil all over it

  10. 10

    Cook in parchment paper at 200°C for 30 minutes

  11. 11

    Serve with mayonnaise to taste
