  1. 8 ozBeef Tenderloin
  2. 3 ozSliced Mushrooms
  3. 1 ozCajun Seasoning
  4. 1 pinchSalt and Pepper
  5. 1 ozWorcestershire sauce
  6. 1Garlic Butter
  7. 1 pinchPaprika
  8. 2 ozGravy
  9. 1 pinchparsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add Garlic Butter to pan. Set medium heat.

  2. 2

    Once butter is melted add beef tenderloin and mushrooms.

  3. 3

    Add Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika.

  4. 4

    Once tips have reached desired tenderness, (medium rare is on point👌) add gravy and stir until gravy is a light demi glace.

  5. 5

    Add parsley for garnish.
