Cooking Instructions
- 1
Clean the beef and let it drain, then finely chop. Clean the pork fat, let it drain, and chop finely. Mix the ground beef and pork fat in a bowl. Season with 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, a little pepper, finely chopped garlic, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, and 2 teaspoons cornstarch for binding. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Shape the meat into slightly thick round patties, adjusting the size as desired.
- 2
Heat a pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil, and pan-sear the beef patties until both sides are golden brown, then remove to a plate.
- 3
Place the cooked white rice in a bowl, add a little cooking oil and toasted sesame seeds, and mix well. Shape into 2 flat round patties, then pan-fry or sear in a pan and place on a plate.
- 4
Place one rice patty on a plate, add lettuce on top, then chili sauce and mayonnaise, followed by the pan-seared beef patty, kimchi, and cucumber.

Beef Rice Burger Beef Rice Burger
Have you ever have a rice burger from MOS Burger? MOS Burger is a well-known fast-food chain that originated in Japan and the second largest after MacDonald in the country. MOS Burger created rice burger by replacing the traditional hamburger buns with compressed rice cakes. Rice burger quickly became popular in East Asia and recently in America. My beef rice burger recipe has been inspired by MOS yakiniku rice burger, which is a grilled beef strip rice burger. For people who have gluten allergy like me but still wish to enjoy the taste of hamburgers, this is one of the best alternatives. And it is yummy! Just make sure to replace regular soy sauce with gluten-free soy sauce. See my instruction video: https://youtu.be/TWoEcVMaN6k Julie - Mrs. Lin's Kitchen -
Mos Burger-style Chicken Rice Burger Mos Burger-style Chicken Rice Burger
Mos Burger's rice burger buns are chewy and they don't fall apart. They aren't just simply rice balls made into patties! This is a result of my trial and error to find an easy-to-eat burger for kids.Try filling the rice buns with kimpira or anything else! A meat patty coated in Japanese BBQ sauce is delicious! It was on the menu of a certain fast-food chain and I really liked it, but they stopped selling it so I decided to make it myself. If you don't have a round mold, you can form the shape by hand. The Definitive Kinpira Stir-fry Rice Burger! The Definitive Kinpira Stir-fry Rice Burger!
I wanted to make a "Kinpira rice burger" that could be eaten with one hand for my hubby, so I tried it out.The filling has beef in it so you can leave out the bacon, but the rice burger they serve at Mos Burger (a Japanese fast-food chain) has bacon in it and we like that, so I copied it.Press the rice patties as firmly as you can, and make sure the edges aren't too thin! If you press the patties down in the frying pan, they'll be nicely formed.Moisten the spatula frequently to make sure the rice doesn't stick to it. For 2 burgers. Recipe by Madam pira cookpad.japan -

I saw this at Mos Burger and thought I'd try to recreate it at home. The trick to making the rice paddies is to make a tightly-packed, round rice ball!!! That way, it won't break apart when frying or when eating. Another trick is to mix in 1/2 teaspoon potato starch per one bowl's worth of rice as a binding agent. For 4 servings. Easy to Make at Home - Yakiniku Rice Burger Easy to Make at Home - Yakiniku Rice Burger
You can make it really quickly if you use thinly sliced meat. It's really easy and you only need one frying pan.I added a shiso leaf because it gave it that home-cooked deliciousness right from my kitchen!● Make sure you shape the rice firmly and tightly!● If you marinade the cooked meat in sauce, it will prevent the oil from spitting (when you put them in the frying pan) and at the same time, you can cook the fried egg.● Putting a pick through the middle of the burger or wrapping it will make it easier to eat and and prevent it from crumbling or making a mess! For 1 serving. Recipe by Emimafin cookpad.japan -
Rice Burgers Stuffed with Kimpira Stir-fry Rice Burgers Stuffed with Kimpira Stir-fry
I was getting bored of buying lunch, and wanted to make something with leftover kimpira. That's when I remembered the addictive rice burgers I ate at Mos Burger (a burger chain in Japan). So, here's a way to make at home. The rice patties shrink slightly when you form them, so keep that in mind when you spread it out on plastic wrap.If the kimpira is fairly salty, you might not need shichimi chili pepper for the patties. For 2 burgers. Recipe by KaoriOKD cookpad.japan
