Found a basic recipe online, then spiced it up with some peanut butter and sugar on sugar. So tasty!!

Add Cooksnap

2Bananas, ripened.
1 cupMelted butter
1 pinchSalt
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspVanilla extract
1Egg, beaten.
1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
1 cupSugar
2 tbspPeanut butter.

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F. Butter muffin pan.

Peel and mash bananas, combine with melted butter.

Add sugar, salt, all purpose flour, beaten egg, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.

Add melted peanut butter. Combine completely.

Fill muffin tin with mixture, bake at 350 for 25 mins.

When done, sprinkle sugar on top. Serve warm for best flavor in mouth explosion. 😋

I love peanut butter and bananas. So I experimented and came up with this. I added in a 1/2 cup of blueberries too for the heck of it. Thats optional. It turned out really well! I also used smooth PB, but crunchy would work just as well. Enjoy!
