In large sausepan, melt butter over medium - low heat; whisk in flour. Cook whisking constantly 2 min. Whisk in milk, salt, pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium - low heat.Cook macaronis .

Cook whisking constantly until thickened 2-3 min. Remove from heat.

Add cheddar , cream cheese & mustard. Stirring until cheese melts. Stir in cooked pasta.
