My kids love pumpkin pancakes. I have been on a mission to find the best recipe ever and this is the result. Enjoy! recipe from Fix it and Enjoy cookbook 2006
Cooking Instructions

Whisk all dry ingredients together in a small bowl (except for the sugar)

In a large bowl mix the sugar,eggs,milk,oil, vanilla and pumpkin.
- 3
Now slowly mix the dry ingredients in the pumpkin mixture. Careful only mix until moistened.

Preheat a griddle and grease
- 5
Pour desired amount of batter onto griddle and turn in about 2 minutes per side.
