  1. 2 cupMushrooms (halved)
  2. 2 tbspButter
  3. 2 cloveMinced Garlic
  4. 1/4 tspCayenne Pepper
  5. 1 pinchBlack Pepper
  6. 1 pinchSalt
  7. 1 pinchTurmeric
  8. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  9. 1 pinchCurry Powder
  10. 2 tbspChopped Cilantro
  11. 1/2 cupHeavy Cream
  12. 1/2 cupChicken (or beef) Broth

    Wipe mushrooms clean. Halve them if large, otherwise leave whole. Set aside. Meanwhile, melt butter in non-stick skillet. Add garlic and spices and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue stirring/cooking until mushrooms are done (about 5 more minutes). Lower heat, add bouillon and cream. Simmer on lowest heat possible to slightly thicken.
