Alex's famous chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

40 servings
  1. 1 cupsoftened butter
  2. 3/4 cupgranulated sugar
  3. 3/4 canbrown sugar
  4. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  5. 2 largefresh eggs
  6. 2 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract
  7. 2 1/4 cupunsifted flour
  8. 1 tspbaking soda
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 2 cuphigh quality chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat oven to 375ºF and prep cookie sheet with parchment paper

    In a large bowl, cream butter till it's light and fluffy.

    Add in sugars and cinnamon, mix till smooth.

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla , then pour in to butter mixture.

  5. 5

    In another bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking soda.

  6. 6

    Add flour mixture to wet ingredients in parts to avoid over mixing(KILLER OF COOKIES)

    Add in chocolate chips

  8. 8

    Scoop tablespoons of batter onto the cookie sheet ,keep inches apart from eachother , bake for 13 minutes.
