Korean Style Spicy Oven Baked Chicken Wings Korean Style Spicy Oven Baked Chicken Wings
I love Korean style fried chicken, but deep frying them seems to make them really high in calories, so I experimented with creating an oven baked version. It's popular with family and friends when we have a party.● This amount fills up an American sized oven baking sheet (33 cm x 46 cm). Please adjust the amount by halving it and so on to fit your oven sheets and oven.●When putting the chicken wings in the marinade, if you massage them over the bag, your hands won't get messy. Oven Baked Chicken Wings Glazed with Honey Oven Baked Chicken Wings Glazed with Honey
I wanted to make a honey-based glaze.Let the chicken marinate for at least 3 hours. If you marinate it in the morning and cook it in the evening, it'll be just right! Make sure you have plenty of hand wipes around when you serve these. I tried using umeshu (plum wine) when I was out of sake and it turned out great. Recipe by Pami cookpad.japan
