  • 2 cupchicken broth
  • 3/4 cupCarrots, diced
  • 2/3 cupChicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 cupWhite rice, cooked
  • 1/3 cupCelery, sliced
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 2 tbspGarlic powder
  • 1cilantro
  • 1 smallHandful of tortilla strips
  • 10 dashSriracha sauce

Steps

    Combine first 8 ingredients

    Cook on low heat for 2 hours in slow cooker

  3. 3

    Garnish with cilantro and tortilla strips

  4. 4

    Place droplets of sriracha sauce all around bowl and serve

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
