Homemade Loaded Mashed Potatos

Ingredients

  1. 6 mediumPotatos (Peeled)
  2. 2 packagesReal Bacon Pieces
  3. 2 bunchGreen Onions (Chopped)
  4. 1 packagesShredded Cheddar Cheese
  5. dashMilk
  6. 2 tbspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel and chop potatos into cubes

  2. 2

    Place potatos in large pot with water and bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 350

  4. 4

    Once potatos are soft, remove from heat and drain

  5. 5

    Place drained potatos into large bowl and add butter, milk, half of the green onion and one package of bacon pieces two handfuls of cheese

  6. 6

    Beat the potato mixture until creamy

  7. 7

    Scoop potatos into an oven safe baking dish

  8. 8

    Smooth the potatos and make them even across the top. Sprinkle second package of bacon pieces on the top and cover with cheese

  9. 9

    Place the dish in the oven for about five minutes

  10. 10

    Remove from oven and enjoy!!

Best mashed potatoes EVER!!! Added buttermilk and bacon with drippings.....drool.... :ohyeaah
